Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Sequoia Air Co. Fresno website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Sequoia Air Co. Fresno provides HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance services in the Fresno, Clovis, and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and may require an on-site evaluation before work begins.

Estimates & Pricing

All estimates provided are based on our initial assessment and are subject to change if additional work or parts are required. We will always communicate any changes in pricing before proceeding with additional work. Diagnostic fees are $65 and are waived with a paid repair.

Warranties

Sequoia Air Co. Fresno warranties our workmanship on all repairs and installations. Manufacturer warranties may also apply to parts and equipment. Specific warranty terms will be provided at the time of service. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or acts of nature.

Scheduling & Cancellations

We strive to accommodate your preferred service times. However, service windows are approximate and may vary due to prior appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

Limitation of Liability

Sequoia Air Co. Fresno shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Sequoia Air Co. Fresno is a licensed HVAC subcontractor in the State of California. Our CSLB License number is #906929. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured.
